We accept abstracts on the following categories:

The best paper in each category will receive a certificate and prizes as below:

Please make sure to be fully familiar with the abstract formalities and terms & conditions before sending your abstract- incomplete abstracts or abstracts with formal errors will not be considered!
On acceptance of your abstract Conference registration is compulsory within 3 working days.


Abstract Guidelines

Please remember : incomplete abstracts or abstracts with formal errors will generally lead to the exclusion of abstracts!

  • Abstracts must be submitted as MS-Word or (editable) pdf document.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English using font Times New Roman Font size 12 and must not exceed 250 words. (Excluding title, authors, their affiliations etc.)
  • Title should be written using ‘Sentence case’ and should be brief and self-explanatory.
  • Avoid abbreviations in the title.
  • The Paper or Innovation should not be published anywhere or not presented in previous CosdermIndia conferences.
  • The abstract must clearly indicate the following (to be excluded from the word count):
  1.  Abstract title
  2.  Category (Award Papers/ Free Papers/ E-Posters / Innovations)
  3.  Name(s) of the presenting author(s)
  4.  Name(s) of the co authors
  5.  Institute or Affiliation of author(s)
  • Structure of abstract:

  • For studies – Title, Type of Study, Introduction & Objectives, Material and methods, Results, Conclusion

    For case report – Title, Introduction, case report, conclusion

    • Conflict of interest statement and declaration of conflict is mandatory.
    • Results and conclusions should be clearly illustrated.
    • Refrain from using keywords, graphs, figures, tables or references in the abstract.
    • Use generic names of drugs or its active pharmacological content, avoiding commercial names of drugs/companies.
    • Initials and abbreviations which are not in common use should be avoided unless they are essential.
    • Abstracts may be reproduced as such, therefore the onus of ensuring proper language, factual accuracy & responsibility of avoiding plagiarism lies with the authors.
    • Non-adherence to any guideline may result in an automatic rejection of the abstract.
    • Incomplete abstracts or abstracts not following guidelines will not be considered.
    • All submitted abstracts shall be checked for grammar carefully by the submitting author.
    • Abstract submission Deadline: 15th June 2026.
    • Abstract submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
    • Author or co-author must be registered delegate of Cosdermindia 2026.
    • Accepted abstracts will be notified by email only to the primary author.
    • Co-authors cannot be added to the submission after the submission deadline has passed. A limit of maximum 5 co-authors can be listed on the original submission.
    • Postgraduate abstracts must be submitted with an HOD authorization letter clearly stating the student’s postgraduate designation and institution. Submissions without this letter will not be accepted.
    • Abstracts must contain work that has not been published or previously submitted and/or presented at any CDSI meeting before COSDERMINDIA 2026.
    • Authors will be notified of the abstract evaluation results by email.

    Speaker Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest

    • All presentations must be as free of commercial bias as possible and that any information on commercial products or services shall be based on already generally accepted medical ethics.
    • It is also preferred that generic drug names be used wherever possible and that any presentation referring to unlabelled or research-associated commercial products should disclose this situation to session attendees.

    Abstract Evaluation

    • All abstracts will be evaluated without knowledge of the author’s name. Acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be based on the average grade awarded by the reviewers.
    • The abstract should be presented in a way that the contribution of the research to advance knowledge can be assessed.
    • The decision of the scientific committee will be final and binding.

    By submitting an abstract, the author confirms that he has read and understood the terms & conditions and accepts them.

    Presentation Guidelines and E-poster Guidelines will be shared via email once the abstract is selected.
